Where We Are New Cwm Farm and The Anchorage are situated on the Mid Wales/Shropshire Border. They are marked for you on the map below.  Please click on the map for a large version.

New Cwm Farm (circled on map above) is just over the Welsh border, a short distance off the B4368, between Clun and Kerry (Ceri). From Anchor, take the B4368 approximately one mile towards Kerry, and turn left at an unmarked lane. New Cwm Farm is the first driveway on the right.

The Anchorage is in Shropshire just a few yards off the B4368 at Anchor, on the road towards Beguildy.

A 1901 map shows a milestone on what is now the B4368 near Anchor Bridge, this is between Anchorage and New Cwm Farm and marks the distance to Newtown 8.5 miles and the distance to Knighton 13 miles.  Other approximate distances are:
