2006-07 Development Project

On September 11th 2006, ground work was started at The Anchorage to install two static caravans. The garden was first to go. Trenches were dug and the piping was laid, and the pads laid for the caravans.

Ash caravan was delivered on 18 October. 
Chestnut caravan arrived on 27 November 2006.

Construction of the guest stables started on January 10th, and they were completed in a couple of days.

Building started on the shower/laundry extension at The Anchorage in early 2007. Wet weather delayed progress, and the building was finally weatherproof by July 24th. and completed with the installation of shower room fixtures and laundry equipment.
