	We strive to meet our guests special requests. Oak Cottage is ABA (Action for Better Access) 3-star rated, and is wheelchair friendly.
The ground floor accommodation is approached by a graded ramp to the kitchen door. The biggest obstacle is the over-friendly cat! Once over the Oak Cottage threshold into the kitchen, there are no steps to negotiate.
	Oak Cottage is suitable for a less able guest with an able-bodied helper.
Sycamore Cottage is also ABA (Action for Better Access) 3-star rated, although for more mobile guests, as it is approached by an outside staircase.

Internal adaptations in Oak Cottage include the huge level access walk-in shower in the wet room. There are also conveniently placed hand rails. A raised toilet seat and shower chair are also available on request.
